Jo is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Chartered Quality Professional. Clients admire her tenacity, joined up thinking and ability to “get the job done”.
Jo was once described as the modern face of quality but with her 15 year old German camper van “Gunther”, she is now the modern face of the caravan club!
